There is a answer here basicly the level(Silk Road Gold) and gear is the determening factor what happened, but we just turned level 40 on our pure int Fire/Spear nuker and we owned pure str glaviers but got owned by the blader though at level 38. We got owned by both, truely it is the build because at level 40 we maxed out our nukes imbue and spear skills to the highest we can, and own pure str glaviers. We have full white gear all +2 and a +3 spear, all the chars we fought had +3 glavies if not higher.

We think it is not pure str< int pure or vise versa wit any pure str or pure int build, it is all up to the build. We have been planing how to work our nuker and it is build for a long time and sp farmed it at level 16 so it truely is the armor, builds, and weapons(Silk Road Gold), and maybe the level gaps after level 50+ might not make a big difference that determine who will win in PvP not.

If they have more hp or more mp at our level we can hit about 4k, have not tested with buff yet level to 40 recently. Avg and about 3.2k on str chars maybe higher. We can imangine what a level 80 pure int can do with a fire nuke and fire imbue maxed out with lightning and ice buffs. That is what we think is the answer to which is better.
